Basically there is no rating for the repoting tools.Each of the tool has its unique characteristics and are utilised for each application in the business activity.Few mentioned reporting tools namely Penataho BI, IntelliVIEW, etc are Open source BI, which adds an advantage for the end users to evaluate the functionality of the product more effectively.
You clarified my age old doubt on the same.See sangeeth, how would you select a Reporting tool, wat are the factors that one should considering while selecting a reporting tool.My company involves in BPO.We have a total of 500 employees, we are looking for a reporting tool for analysing their everyday productivity.But we are finding hard to select the best reporting tool.Do you have any sugesstions here?You may also drop in your sugg to me @chirsbl@gmail.com
